Due Diligence Coordinator
Doreen A. Fernandes has over 35 years of experience in Legal Administration, Management and Bookkeeping. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth and her Paralegal Certificate at Northeastern University.
Ms. Fernandes has spent her career working with area Attorneys, Accountants, Real Estate and Business Professionals, continuing to build upon her client/business relations skills. As an integral part of our team, she accurately compiles and organizes all pertinent information needed for a smooth transaction. Performing such due diligence in the early stages allows us to proactively identify and resolve any unforeseen issues that may hinder negotiations. This also helps us present the client’s information in such a way that instills confidence in the buyer and shortens the due diligence period between the execution of the letter of intent and the actual closing.
Doreen is a member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
