San Diego, CA –  Kevin A. Nery, CBB, LCBI, M&AMI, President of The Nery Corporation/Coastal M&A  and Justin Grolley, MBA, CBI, CMEA, Intermediary, of New Bedford, Massachusetts attended the 2022 M&A Source Fall Conference and Deal Market on November 12-16, 2022, at the Mission Bay Resort in San Diego, CA.

The International Business Brokers Association, (IBBA) and the M&A Source are the largest international organizations consisting of Professional Business Brokers, Business Intermediaries, and Merger and Acquisitions Advisors with our 1,500 members worldwide.

Kevin A. Nery holds professional Designations of LCBI – Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary and M&AMI – Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary. Justin Grolley holds professional Designations of MBA – Master of Business Administration CBI – Certified Business Intermediary, and CMEA – Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisals.

Nery and Grolley attended workshops and classes covering the latest educational, marketing, research, and financing information. Mr. Nery completed the recertification requirements for the M&AMI designation. Mr. Grolley completed the recertification requirements for the CBI designation.

Kevin and Justin also attended the middle market expo, meeting with Private Equity Groups (PEGs) and Investment Groups specializing in the lower to middle market acquisition arena.
