South Dennis, MA –  Coastal M & A is pleased to announce the successful Sale of Tailored Solutions Inc. d/b/a Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape Cod.

Acquired in 2015 by owner Brian Lenihan at its main headquarters and showroom located at 17 American Way in South Dennis, MA. Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape Cod is an industry-leading franchise business specializing in the design, sale, and installation of custom residential and commercial window treatments. In 2022 they were the top franchise in the Northeast District.

Additional office and showroom locations in South Chatham and Provincetown, MA provide sales and operational support to one of the largest territories in the national franchise network.

The business was purchased by Copper Lakes, LLC. The Buyer, a long-time senior real estate executive with residence in Boston and Cape Cod, acquired Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape Cod as a new owner-operator.

The transaction closed on March 1, 2023, and the terms were undisclosed. The Seller was represented by Adam Bradshaw, CBI of Coastal M & A.
