NEW BEDFORD, MA – The Nery Corporation is pleased to announce the successful sale of Ethide Laboratories, Inc., company and real estate located at 1300 Main Street, West Warwick, RI.

The business and M & S Enterprise’s real estate were acquired by Biolyze, LLC/Sarath Koruprulo on March 25, 2019. The sale price was undisclosed.

Ethide Laboratories, Inc., is certified and registered for microbiological, biological, and ethylene oxide residual testing for the medical device industry and is a member of several national associations for microbiology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. The company is ISO 13485 certified for medical devices. The company serves both large and small manufacturers in New England, across the U.S., as well as in the Caribbean, Europe, and the Near East.

The sale included a 4,500 SF upgraded facility consisting of office and meeting spaces, work stations, and high-technology testing and cleaning equipment for medical devices and medical facilities.
