New Bedford, MA – The Nery Corporation is pleased to announce that Kevin A. Nery, CBB, CBI, M&AMI President has successfully brokered the Asset Sale of Computer Telephone, Inc. of Warwick Rhode Island to the acquirer, Connectivity Point Design and Installation, LLC on March 9, 2018.

Computer Telephone, Inc. established in 1990, is a full-service telecommunications provider specializing in complete business telephone systems, VOIP phone systems, wireless solutions, SIP trunking, structured cabling, camera surveillance, audio/video conferencing, data solutions, etc. The company has 14 employees.

For Connectivity Point, established in 2002, the acquisition provides access to the Rhode Island and Southern New England market areas establishing the company as the leader in New England for telecommunications services. Connectivity Point now employs 120 licensed and skilled estimators, project managers and technicians. Doug Watt is the President and CEO of the Maine based company.
