Rossi Electric Sold!

Coastal M & A is pleased to announce the Sale of Rossi Electric Co., Inc. A union electrical contractor established in 1993, Rossi is located in Cranston, Rhode Island.

Rossi was acquired by REC Acquisition, LLC, an affiliate of E-J Electrical Installation Company, the oldest independent electrical contractor in the country, established in 1899. E-J was ranked #14 in EC&M’s 2020 top 20 electrical contractors. It is headquartered in Long Island City, New York.

The sale closed on May 14, 2021 and the price was undisclosed.

The company will continue to operate out of their Cranston, RI location where they employ 100+ employees as future growth is expected.

Rossi serves Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut working for large corporations, universities, hotels, casinos, hospitals, airports, energy/power, science/technology and government projects.
