Taunton, MA – Coastal M&A is pleased to announce the successful Sale of Young Electrical Services Inc. located in Taunton, MA. The electrical contractor has been servicing their residential, commercial, and industrial customers for over 30 years.

Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the company employs over 70 employees.

The business was acquired by Young Electrical Holdings, Inc. (a Delaware Company), a division of HomeX, with headquarters in Chicago, IL.

HomeX is designed to improve the complex and fragmented home services industry by providing one-stop shop for virtual issue diagnosis, expert-guided repairs, and home management education. This approach gives customers the flexibility and control to either fix themselves or connect with a HomeX expert to resolve the issue together.
